NorthStar Paving and Construction, Inc. has operated as a company since 1952 specializing in heavy highway, underground utilities, site-work and paving. It began as a family owned company but in 2005 it became a minority owned business after a stock purchase was completed. More specifically, projects successfully completed incorporate a variety of scopes of work that include: repair and reconstruction of roads, excavating new roadways, excavation for well pads, excavation for new parking and school bus turnaround areas, sewer and water line installation, guard rails, curbs, gutter, sidewalks, lighting and signs, constructing new city streets with drainage improvements, installing new underground water mains and utilities, paving roadways, parking lots, building site work and clearing.
